- Can a client use their wallet for only part of a bill?
- Yes. The wallet can pay the full bill or part of it, and the balance is collected by UPI, card or cash on the same bill.
- Can a membership be recharged after it expires?
- Yes. Wallets can be topped up at the counter even when the card has expired or the balance is used up, and every recharge is logged with the branch and payment method.
- How is the bonus credit shown in reports?
- The bonus is treated as a promotional cost. Reports show gross sales, the wallet promo cost and net revenue separately, so you can see what the business actually earned.
- Can I redeem memberships without using SpotBay POS?
- Yes. Branch staff can redeem memberships and vouchers from the SpotBay business app on any phone by looking up the client's mobile number.
