Salon billing with memberships built in
Salons do not just bill — they sell packages, hold client balances and rebook. SpotBay's counter handles all of it: wallet payments, split bills, GST invoices and the reminder that brings the client back.
How it works
Sell a prepaid package — the client pays upfront and gets bonus wallet credit
Bill the service and take payment from the wallet, or split it with UPI or cash
Post-visit thanks and rebooking reminders go out on WhatsApp
What you get
Sell packages the way top salons do — cash upfront, bonus credit for the client. Bonus value, expiry and revenue are tracked separately as gross, promo cost and net.
Part wallet, part UPI, part cash on one bill, with GST invoices, financial-year bill series and exports to Excel, CSV or PDF.
Not on SpotBay POS? Look up a client by mobile number in the business app, validate their benefits and redeem in two taps.
Questions people ask
- Can a client's wallet cover only part of the bill?
- Yes. The balance can cover the whole bill or part of it, and the rest is collected by cash, card or UPI. Balance, membership name and expiry show on the bill preview.
- Can I top up a card that has expired?
- Yes. Wallets can be recharged at the counter even for expired or exhausted cards, and every recharge is recorded with the branch and payment method.
- Does it handle more than one branch?
- Yes. Multi-branch management is part of the salon setup, with plans priced per branch.
