Reminders that go out without anyone remembering
The message that brings a customer back is usually the one nobody has time to send. SpotBay sends it on a schedule — before an appointment, on a birthday, after a visit, or when someone has been away too long.
How it works
Customers are captured at billing, at the counter or through a QR code
Pick which reminders run — appointments, birthdays, feedback, win-back
Messages go out on their own schedule on WhatsApp, with an offer attached when you want one
What you get
Next appointment, package expiry or renewal — timed off the customer's own dates rather than a manual list, at the offsets you set.
Greetings that land on the day, with a reward or offer attached so the message has a reason to exist.
A feedback request after the visit, and a win-back message for customers who have not been in for a while.
Questions people ask
- Who receives these reminders?
- Customers already in your list — captured at billing, at the counter or through a QR code. Reminders are based on their own dates and visit history.
- Do I need my own WhatsApp number?
- Not to start. Reminders can go from SpotBay's shared number on the free plan; your own branded number is a ₹5,000 one-time setup.
- Can customers opt out?
- Yes. Marketing messages honour opt-outs, and customers who reply to stop are excluded from later marketing sends.
