- Do my clients need to download an app to book?
- No. Your booking page opens in any phone browser, and clients can also book by messaging your WhatsApp number. Confirmations and reminders arrive on WhatsApp.
- Can clients pick their stylist when they book online?
- Online bookings are assigned automatically to the least-busy stylist who offers that service. The front desk can choose a specific stylist when booking, or reassign the appointment afterwards.
- How does SpotBay stop double bookings?
- You set how many clients can be served at the same time, and in staff mode each stylist can only take one appointment per slot. Once a slot is full it disappears from online booking, and a second booking for it is refused.
- When are appointment reminders sent?
- You choose the timings — one week, two days, one day, four hours, two hours, one hour or 30 minutes before the appointment — and can combine several of them.
- Does it work for spas and wellness centres?
- Yes. Add therapists as staff and set the number of rooms as the number of clients you can serve at once. Prepaid spa packages are handled by salon memberships and wallets.
