What you get
The WhatsApp bot walks a customer through service and slot, your public booking page takes bookings from anyone with the link, and your team books at the counter. All three land in the same diary.
Opening hours per day and per branch, slot intervals, buffer between appointments, lead time before the next bookable slot, how far ahead people may book, and closed dates. Slots are held while a customer finishes booking so two people cannot take the same time.
Reminders fire at the offsets you set before the appointment, you are notified on your own number when a booking comes in, and reschedules, cancellations and no-shows are recorded against the appointment.
Questions people ask
- Do customers need an app to book?
- No. They book in the WhatsApp chat, or from your booking page link. There is nothing to install either way.
- Can two customers grab the same slot?
- No. A slot is held while a customer is completing the booking and released again if they drop out, so the diary never double-books that time.
- Does it handle more than one branch?
- Yes. Services, opening hours, closed dates and the diary are all per branch, and each branch works its own day while the business configures the rules.
- How far ahead can people book?
- You set that — along with how soon before a slot it can still be taken, how long each service runs, and how much buffer to leave between appointments.
- What happens after the appointment?
- The visit sits on the customer's record, so rebooking nudges, feedback requests and repeat-service reminders can follow automatically.
