- Does billing work across multiple branches?
- Yes. Each branch bills on its own, and you can look at one outlet or the whole group. Plans are priced per branch.
- Can loyalty be applied while billing?
- Yes. Points and rewards are applied at the counter during billing, so the guest sees the benefit on the bill itself.
- What about printers and hardware?
- SpotBay POS runs in a browser on whatever you already have. Receipts print at 58mm or 80mm thermal, invoices at A4, and the Android build drives a Bluetooth thermal printer for handheld billing. Barcode scanning is built in for stock and billing.
